Ajay Tejasvi
Ajay Tejasvi is an instructor of personal development and stress management workshops for the Art of Living Foundation, an international educational and humanitarian NGO founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. A meditator for the past 20 years, Ajay has facilitated Art of Living workshops for more than 2,000 teenagers and young adults in India. In the United States, his main efforts are directed towards the International Association for Human values. The organization works to revive human values around the world, and has programs in stress reduction, trauma and disaster relief, prison and drug rehabilitation, women’s empowerment, and rural development. One of his main areas of focus on is the 5H program, which establishes systems of sustainable development through a focus on Habitat, Hygiene, Health, Harmony in Diversity, and Human Values.
