Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the foundation from which all other yoga classes have developed. The pace is energetic yet comfortable as we continue to move through sequences that build confident alignment in essential yoga poses. A class that is just as accessible to beginners as is to regularly practicing students, we introduce the basics of yoga asanas (yoga poses) to build the foundation of yoga practice or deepen an existing practice focusing on body awareness and appreciation.

Vinyasa Flow

An all-levels class that keeps your body moving while calming the mind by practicing classical and creative yoga asanas influenced by the Vinyasa Flow traditions. You will practice creative and dynamic flowing sequences to achieve balance, flexibility, strength, and centering. Each student will have the opportunity to visit the full complement of asanas from standing poses, twists, backbends, arm balances and inversions. All followed by a relaxing savasana. Suitable for beginners and experienced.

Sri Sri Yoga

A full yoga experience, Sri Sri Yoga is a hatha based yoga class featuring an invigorating and gentle sequence of yoga postures, breathing techniques and a short guided meditation. By incorporating all these beautiful facets of yoga, you are able to look deep beyond the level of the physical body and really sharpen your sensitivity and awareness of subtler levels of existence. Sri Sri Yoga is suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.

Meditation

Give your mind the deepest rest possible in this 50 min meditation class. Great on its own and very powerful before or after a yoga class. After some breathing techniques and yoga to help quiet the mind, you’ll sink deep into an effortless state of rest with a guided meditation that helps clear the mind of stress, giving your entire system more energy. A soothing experience for for both first time meditators and long time practitioners.
