At Meridian Yoga Studio, we bring you an opportunity to dive deep into the depths of yoga. We offer a variety of invigorating and soothing yoga classes that take you beyond the confines of your yoga mat to strengthen your body, relax your mind and nourish your soul.

Each of these layers move from gross to subtle, starting with the body, then the breath, on to the mind, intellect, memory, ego and ultimately the self.
The Yoga classes offered at Meridian Yoga focus on allowing you to create a balance between each layer through yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas), meditation and yogic knowledge.
